We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. Item must be in it's original packaging with the receipt and will be inspected upon return. This applies to stock items only. Excludes watches, consignment, permanent jewelry, new arrivals, and discounted items. Custom orders, memo items, and permanent jewelry are NON-REFUNDABLE.

We offer 30 days to submit an exchange for another in-store item or store credit. Must be of equal or greater value. Custom Orders & Memo Items are available for exchanges within 7 days from the date received. There will be a 25% restocking fee. Permanent jewelry is not applicable for exchanges.

Prior to returning or exchanging, securely repack your item in the original packaging, including any promotional boxes, bags, certificates, appraisals, and receipts. The item will be inspected upon arrival by one of our certified jewelers. The item must be approved by the jeweler to receive the return or exchange. If the item was deemed damaged, it is not applicable for a return or exchange. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
