  • Custom or special orders may require additional processing time, and we’ll communicate the estimated timeline upon order confirmation.

Shipping Methods and Rates

All orders are shipped via expedited 2-day delivery for fast and reliable service. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total cart value to ensure proper insurance coverage for your items.

Domestic Shipping

Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States.

International Orders

If you’re outside the United States and interested in a purchase, please contact us at sales@henrischattanooga.com. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request and work out a shipping solution.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor its journey.

In-Store Pickup

For local customers, we offer in-store pickup at no extra charge. Choose this option at checkout, and we’ll notify you when your order is ready.

Shipping Insurance

All shipments are insured for their full value. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, Henri’s will handle the insurance claim for you.
